2. Do you offer refunds or returns?
No, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. All sales are final. Once your order is packaged and shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier, and any issues related to shipping must be handled directly with the shipping provider.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please ensure all details (such as size, color, and shipping address) are correct before completing your purchase.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information (if available). You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the carrier’s website.

5. Do you ship internationally?

8. What should I do if I received a damaged or defective item?

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at luxsalez24@gmail.com. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we will do our best to make the change. However, once your order is shipped, we cannot modify the address.
